Our management routinely inspects our properties to ensure that our drivers are in compliance with our client specifications.

Written Policies and Procedures
We are constantly striving to improve our business and give our customers the best possible service. As we have grown over the past ten years we have developed a system of policies and procedures to help guide our drivers toward providing you superior service.

GPS System
Although we have used a GPS system twice over the past five years, we experienced more problems with the technology and ultimately decided to eliminate it altogether. However, within the past year the GPS technology has greatly improved and we have decided to utilize it once again. Our GPS system benefits you in the following ways:

• Driver accountability- In addition to our route sheets our drivers are required to log their start and finish time on your property. This helps ensure that your property is receiving the required service time it needs to maintain a clean appearance.

• Route planning and Optimization- We are able to create the most optimal efficient routes and make the best use of our resources, so that you receive an economical price for our services.

• Fleet, Driver, and Team Management- We always know where our drivers are and can easily communicate with them throughout the night.

• Daily reports- Our system generates daily reports detailing the time spent on your property. If there is ever a discrepancy we have these available for our customers. Our daily reports also give us the ability to determine whether our drivers are maximizing our service time on your property.
